NCA is #1 in customer satisfaction, again!
Dear NCA Partners,
The National Cemetery Administration is well-known for its culture of customer service. I noticed it the first time I visited one of our national cemeteries, witnessing the care and compassion our team members give to grieving families through their most difficult times. I am always impressed and humbled with the meticulous work everyone in NCA does to ensure every Veteran’s final resting place is a national shrine.
I am honored to lead this incredible organization that cares for our Veterans who have served and their families that have sacrificed. I am pleased to let you all know that NCA has once again sustained its record-high score on the prestigious American Customer Satisfaction Index compiled from surveying customers at the end of 2022. Once again, NCA has scored a 97 – the highest result ever achieved by any organization in either the public or private sector. This is the seventh consecutive time NCA received the top rating among participating organizations.
This is a monumental achievement and one we could not have reached without your support and partnership. You have played a critical role in our success in providing the very best service possible to our Veterans and their families. And I’m sure you’ll agree with me that they deserve nothing less.
